Keystone Commerce Private Limited operates Liwip services and the Liwip mobile app. You can contact us at stack@keystonecommerce.in.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, mobile number, email address, and one-time password verification status.
- Order and fulfilment information such as cart contents, wishlist items, shipping address, delivery details, return requests, and support requests.
- Payment-related records such as order identifiers, payment session identifiers, payment status, refund status, and payment method labels. Sensitive payment credentials are handled by our payment provider.
- Photos or image attachments that you choose to add to support tickets, returns, or issue reports.
- App and device information needed to keep the service secure, diagnose issues, remember app preferences, and improve product reliability.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account, verify login requests, and keep your session secure.
- To show products, manage carts and wishlists, process orders, coordinate delivery, handle returns, and provide customer support.
- To process payments, confirm payment status, prevent misuse, and maintain business records.
- To improve app performance, fix defects, understand product usage, and protect Liwip, workers, partners, and customers.
- To contact you about orders, support requests, account activity, service changes, and legally required notices.
Third-party services
- Cashfree may process payment sessions, payment status, refunds, and related payment information.
- Google Maps and Google Places may process address search queries and address details when you use address lookup features.
- Our hosting, analytics, storage, communication, and operational service providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Liwip.
Storage and security
- We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information. The Liwip app stores authentication tokens in secure device storage where supported and stores non-sensitive app data locally to keep the app usable.
- No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We work to limit access to personal information to people and systems that need it for the purposes described in this policy.
Retention
- We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and enforce our agreements.
- When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or business-record purposes.
Your choices
- You can update account details in the app where available, contact support for corrections, and request deletion of your account or personal information.
- You can choose not to grant camera or photo access. Some support and return features may be limited if you do not provide image attachments.
- You can request account and data deletion through our data deletion page.
Children
Liwip services are intended for adults and working-age users who can lawfully use commerce and account services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, legal requirements, or operating practices change. We will publish the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date.
